Shipping & Returns

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and no later than 5 business days.

    From time to time, shipping operations may be temporarily suspended (including, but not limited to, travel for events or shows). When applicable, a notice will be posted on our website specifying the date shipping will resume. For all orders placed during this period, the designated shipping resume date will constitute the effective processing date, and applicable shipping timeframes will be calculated from that date.

    If we are unable to ship your order within 5 business days of purchase—or within 5 business days of the posted shipping resume date—you will be notified via email with an explanation of the delay and provided the option to proceed with the order or receive a refund.

  • Orders ship via USPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  
  • International shipping has been suspended for the foreseeable future. 
  • After ordering, you will receive detailed tracking information about your shipment, including when the package is out for delivery. Please plan on being ready to receive your package when it arrives. 

  • If you wish to return a product please send us an email first. You must contact us via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment (confirmed via USPS tracking delivery notification). We will see if there is anything we can do to remedy the issue you have. If we can't then we will issue you a return label from our shipping system. 

  • Products eligible for return may be returned for full refund minus cost of return label within 5 business days of receipt of product. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all components included, and in the original condition they were sent to customer in. 
  • If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping. Please email us pictures of damaged package and product. We need both to file claims with carrier and issue a refund.
