Shipping & Returns
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will be notified of any delays.
- Orders ship via USPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
- International shipping is available for select countries. Contact us to order.

After ordering, you will receive detailed tracking information about your shipment, including when the package is out for delivery. Please plan on being ready to receive your package when it arrives.

If you wish to return a product please send us an email first. You must contact us via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment (confirmed via USPS tracking delivery notification). We will see if there is anything we can do to remedy the issue you have. If we can't then we will issue you a return label from our shipping system.
- Products eligible for return may be returned for full refund minus cost of return label within 5 business days of receipt of product. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all components included, and in the original condition they were sent to customer in.
- If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping. Please email us pictures of damaged package and product. We need both to file claims with carrier and issue a refund.
