Quick and easy to use chamfering jig. Provides a 45 degree work rest that can be quickly attached and unattached from your standard grinder work rest with everyday guide rail T clamps or strips of steel and regular C clamps.
This new version is made from 2 mm 5052 Aluminum.
This jig is designed to work with quick screw guide rail T clamps (sold separately). An example of these clamps can be found here. If you don't have these clamps and don't want to buy any, you can still use this jig. See the video for the workaround here. If you choose to buy these clamps, shop around there are a number of options starting at $30 for a set of two.
Important: This jig will only work with a work rest that has a depth, from face of platen to back of rest, of 5" or less. This limitation is due to the throat depth of the guide rail clamps available.

This product is 3d printed plastic. Though tough, do not over tighten clamps. Also do not expose to high heat as it may cause warping, melting, or other damage. Do not expose to acetone or other solvents.
