This is a stainless Go Mai Japanese styled paring knife. I forged the Go Mai with 416 stainless cladding, a nickel layer, and an 80CRV2 core. The handle scales are maroon and blue dyed curly mango that has been professionally stabilized.

Care Instructions

This product is carbon steel and is prone to rusting. It is recommended to oil or wax regularly and keep dry to prevent rust. Hand wash only, DO NOT wash in dishwasher. DO NOT use scotch-bright, scrub daddy, or any other abrasive sponges when washing as these will damage the surface finish.
