Hand wash only, DO NOT wash in dishwasher. We do not recommend use scotch-bright pads, or any other abrasive sponges/materials when washing as these can damage the surface finish. Damage to surface finish is cosmetic only and will not affect performance of the knife. A knife is designed to cut soft material only and may become damaged if used for something other such as prying (not even avocado pits), cutting bone, etc.
